Before this year ends, I’d love us to come together for something that feels very “us” – gentle, kind, and deeply supportive. Im so proud of my community that has stepped up so many times this year to support class members going through health issues. Every Christmas I run a class that supports a local charity.
Many of you know Jo, who’s been part of our classes for years. In February 2024 she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, she’s turned up with so much courage and optimism – even on the days when her body isn’t playing ball, she still arrives, does what she can, and cheers everyone else on.
She’s been supported by the Sussex MS Centre in Southwick, a small local charity doing big, important work for people living with MS.
This Christmas, I’d love us to give something back.
Christmas Candlelight Relaxation Class
Sunday 7th December
4:30–6:00pm
Maybridge Keystone Centre
£25.00 per person
All profits will go to the Sussex MS Centre in Southwick
Think of it as a little sanctuary in the middle of the Christmas chaos.
There’ll be soft fairy lights, gentle scented candles, calming movement, facial massage and a soothing relaxation at the end with a little gift to take home.
You’ll have time to:
- Unwind tight shoulders, backs and hips
- Breathe a little deeper
- Let your nervous system properly settle
- Leave feeling deeply calm and ready for a good night’s sleep
And at the same time, you’ll be doing something genuinely good for people in our community who really need it.
Spaces will be limited so everyone has room to relax, so if you’d like to join us:
