Step out of the grey and into something that feels good.

This special MELT session is designed to help you unwind the tension and imbalance that build up from everyday habits like sitting more on one hip, sticking one hip out to the side, or always crossing the same leg over. Over time, these patterns can leave the body feeling tight, uneven and harder work than it needs to be.

In this spring-themed class, we’ll gently restore balance through targeted MELT work, helping you move with more ease, comfort and efficiency. We’ll also include some of the signature neck and face massage work that so many people love, before finishing with relaxation to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling lighter, softer and more settled.

This is your chance to press pause on the dreary weather, the noise of the outside world, and the tension that quietly accumulates in the body — and give yourself a proper reset.

Please bring your own mat and water.
If you have a MELT roller, Coregeous ball, or MELT large soft blue ball, do bring them along. If not, I’ll have plenty available for you to use.
